In 2025, we launched a bold new Strategic Plan that will guide us through the next five years – toward serving 300 youth by 2030, from pre-k through 12th grade. This plan focuses on three priorities:

• Driving measurable impact that exceeds national benchmarks, including enhancing our adolescent programming.
• Building and sustaining the critical resources needed to strengthen our programs, staff, and infrastructure.
• Establishing a scalable and replicable model.
