The yearly No Matter What MVP Award is annually awarded to employees who go above and beyond in their work. Caroline is an exceptional team member, leader, and human being! Her commitment to ensure we generate revenue, while also respecting our kids and families and curating unique experiences while expressing gratitude for our supporters is unparalleled! With goals that are pursued relentlessly and usually exceeded, Caroline always takes the time to know our kids by name and is ready to stop work and chat with them. At the same time, she’s also the mom of our most popular team member, Mascot Dog Olive, who is regularly identified as one of the top reasons our kids love coming to the Clubhouse, and no one can deny the therapeutic effect she brings to all of us each day. We are all the beneficiaries of Caroline’s leadership over the past six years, and we are so grateful to have her on our team!
