Treasure is a proud Austin native, born and raised in South Austin, Texas, with a deep appreciation for her city and its vibrant community. Her passion for helping others began early, shaped by a close-knit “village” where support and connection were central.
She began her career as an Assistant Site Coordinator with the ACE Afterschool Program, engaging youth in enrichment and academic activities. She later transitioned to the business side of operations and finance, focusing on improving program services and outcomes for students. With over 13 years of experience in administration and finance, Treasure has supported executive leadership and strengthened organizational operations within Austin ISD’s Department of Community Education and the Manor ISD Athletics and Fine Arts Department. During her time at Manor ISD, she played a key role in launching W.I.S.E. (Women Supporting Student Excellence), a mentorship program dedicated to supporting students facing challenges.
Treasure holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Walden University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and staying engaged in her community. She is also an active volunteer with Black Mama’s Village, supporting mothers across the Austin area and beyond.
