Keisha has dedicated over 20 years to serving youth in underserved communities. Over the years, Keisha has worked as a Head Start teacher, an education specialist for the Salvation Army, job coach for Goodwill and an educational assistant for Title One schools in Round Rock, ISD. Most recently, Keisha taught job readiness skills to young adults that were pursuing their GED as well as volunteered for CASA, Travis County.
Before moving to Texas, Keisha started a nonprofit organization that held a summer enrichment program and offered free breakfast and lunch to the youth in her community.
Keisha’s wide range of experiences has definitely prepared her for the position of Professional Mentor.
