Director of People and Culture
Kay is a native Texan who has called Austin home since 2016. As a People and Culture leader, she is passionate about building workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. She believes that every person brings unique strengths and gifts that can positively impact those around them, and enjoys helping individuals grow, develop, and thrive throughout their careers.
Her work has consistently focused on helping people grow, strengthening communities, and fostering belonging. She has developed programs serving hundreds of children, led international initiatives supporting women in Kolkata, India, helped launch community-based economic empowerment projects, and created opportunities for individuals to recognize and use their talents in meaningful ways.
Whether leading organizational culture, developing people, or building programs, Kay is energized by bringing people together around a shared purpose and helping both individuals and organizations flourish.
