BOARD: Priti Joshi

Priti Joshi is a mother, advisor and growth-oriented executive who loves helping scale and advise mission-based, consumer-focused businesses. She has lived in Austin for over 10 years and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Business Honors and Finance and earned her MBA from the Wharton School at UPENN.

Priti was an early employee at Bumble Inc., an Austin-based startup, where she helped drive scalable growth as the business went from $100m to $1b of revenue over 6 years. Through these phases of maturity she built and executed against localized go-to-market strategies, efficient resource allocation approaches, and sustainable and scalable operating systems / processes -- helping lead Bumble to an IPO in 2021.

Priti also worked at McKinsey & Company in Dallas and New York for almost a decade where she advised consumer and retail companies on strategy, marketing, and organizational design. She also led efforts to improve women’s retention diversity recruiting at the firm.

Priti enjoys serving the community on various local boards, including Friends of the Children (Austin) & Vida Water. She advises women-founded and women-led start-ups focused on solving consumer-back questions ranging from engaging more women in sports to making South Asian fashion more accessible.
