Lauren works in commercial real estate development at Topo, where she focuses on asset management and acquisitions for the groups growing portfolio of creative commercial properties in the Austin area including Springdale General, home to Friends Austin’s clubhouse. At Central Austin Management Group, Topo’s precursor, Lauren worked in business development for a variety of closely-held ventures, including Hai Hospitality (Uchi and Loro restaurant groups), Mercury Hall event venue and a number of commercial real estate developments.
She and her husband Tommy, a founding partner of McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality, have lived in Austin since 2004 and have a ten year old daughter. Lauren has served on Friends Austin’s board since 2018 as a member of the development committee.
