Joe Marini is a Partner in the Strategy and Transactions practice at EY, where he assists private equity and technology clients with acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions. Before joining EY in 2006, Joe worked in PwC’s oil and gas audit practice and number of dotcom era start-ups. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. from UC Santa Cruz and MS from San Jose State University. Joe was educated in the San Francisco public school system and is passionate about overcoming the opportunity inequities created by class and intergenerational poverty.
