Jessica Leggett is an accomplished private equity investor with over 25 years of experience raising and managing institutional capital, scaling complex, operationally intensive businesses and driving value as an investor, operator, and entrepreneur. Jessica is Founder and CEO of Seven + Gold, a boutique investment and advisory platform focused on seed-stage investing in high-growth companies and advising on capital formation strategy, organizational scaling, and transaction sourcing for operators, family offices, and emerging platforms. Jessica was previously a Managing Director on the real estate team at BDT & MSD, where she was responsible for investment strategy and capital deployment on behalf of the Dell family and other like-minded investors. Earlier in her career, she was a Founding Partner and the CFO of Vantage Properties, and worked in similar capacities with The Olnick Organization family office and in investment banking and private equity with Lehman Brothers.
Jessica is a graduate of the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance. A proud Texan, she relocated to Austin with her husband and two children after living in New York City and San Francisco.
