Friends Austin x House Beautiful 2025 Whole Home

House Beautiful made its way to Austin in October for its eighth annual Whole Home project!

In partnership with Sara Malek Barney of BANDD/DESIGN, Katie Hastings Architecture, and Rick Villani and Preston Graham of Villani & Graham, House Beautiful produced a one-of-a-kind design showcase which blended the best parts of a boutique hotel experience with the comforts and warmth of home.

Friends Austin had the opportunity to be the nonprofit partner of the 2025 Whole Home. We are so grateful to all the partners, designers, and sponsors who contributed to this project, and we extend a special thanks to the members of the community in Austin and beyond who toured the home in October!

From buying tickets for tours to purchasing items displayed in the home, your generosity helped to raise over $34,000 in direct support of our work and mission to break the cycle of generational poverty through professional mentorship.

Thank you to House Beautiful for this opportunity and to all the partners who made the 2025 Whole Home project a success; and thank you for giving back to support our work with children in our community who are facing the greatest challenges – no matter what.
